Ace Mechanical Heating and Cooling

Well, at first I thought it was great but then when I needed to call him again, he ignored the calls after 23 times in a week and when he did change out the thermostat the first time turns out it was never the thermostat so I paid $215 for a thermostat that was not needed when it ended up being the motor was dying, but he didn’t wanna come out and check the motor when I called numerous times And then I sent a check not for the full amount but to make payments and they turned around and sent the check back to me because they want payment in full instead of a few payments without any reason as to why So it seems that sometimes they’ll work with you when they want quick cash and then when they have to come out and try to do something a little bit more tougher than they want to ignore you and then when you’re giving them money, they don’t want money but they want the payment in full, which cannot be done because I was actually paying someone else For the job that they actually did. Nobody likes paying For something that was replaced that wasn’t needed, but yet I’m being nice trying to send some money in a few payment plans and they’re just rejecting. The checks doesn’t show very business like Quality sad! Found out I need to read yelp more often for the same problems from this company… reviews on there are way different than here… must be fake reviews on this site. Double check there reviews on other sites they differ immensely.
