Ron did a wonderful job of repairing my heat venting system. The venting was disintegrating and needed to be completely rebuilt. Because he had a few jobs ahead of me, he came by and did a quick repair in order to make sure my basement did not fill with carbon monoxide. He came back later and re-routed everything. He was great about communicating when he was coming and came on time. He came back a couple weeks later to install smoke/CO detectors because he was concerned that I didn't have any.
