Action Air Conditioning & Heating

Want to give a big shout out to Action for their assistance at getting heat again in my condo! I worked with Taylor and he was able to fix the issue that other top tier HVAC companies in the area couldn’t. His knowledge was one thing that stood out impressively but it was his conduct and keeping me in the loop the entire way that was beyond! I really appreciate the time and effort he put in to ensuring that I had a working heater. I spoke with Deb on the phone and she made me feel like I was a VIP and assisted in making everything a smooth process. I highly recommend going with them and not somebody that is easily impressed but they know their stuff and delivered! Go with Action and have no regrets!! :)

I bought solar from this company. I switched internet providers and needed to reconnect my solar system to the internet. Seems like it should be easy to do, but apparently not the case. I contacted Action for help and found out that they're no longer in the solar business. I don't remember being given this information from Action. I was given another company's name. I was driving and asked the person if he would email me the information. That never happened. It's amazing to me that a company like Action would just abandon a percentage of their customers the minute solar became more difficult to sell. I purchased my system less than four years ago and now I'm on my own, I guess.

Tried to schedule service for my elderly parents home after having a new system installed by the same company, Action Air, last year. After install service is non existent and it seems they will take advantage of elderly customers to appease their obvious lack of technicians. We have had nothing but headaches dealing with this unprofessional company and after 3 reschedules and last minute excuses why they are wasting our time, we have given up dealing with this company. I can only guess the good reviews on google must have been bought because we have had nothing but problems dealing with this company lately. My suggestion, take your buisness elsewhere for any HVAC services you need unless you like to waste your valuable time and money. They obviously don't care. T Mortenson
