Air Masters of Tampa Bay

Over the summer we decided to replace our entire HVAC System. We called a couple of companies to give us quotes. We specifically asked for TRANE HVAC. We knew it would be expensive but we were prepared to incur the cost for quality. While we were shopping for HVAC I saw a commercial advertisement on TV that drew me in with all their buzz words. They had so many benefits with several discounts, gift card, and more. From calling to schedule for a quote and talking with the front office Kimberly, then Amy I knew it was off to a good start. They were pleasant and professional. Then comes the salesman Zach Schneider. He came in and educated us on all the questions we had. He didn’t leave until we felt comfortable with what we were getting. He didn’t put any pressure but guided us on what we wanted and needed. Immediately we knew Air Masters was the company we would be giving our business. We purchased the TRANE 5-ton SEER 20 and have no regrets. Thank you Zach for being the face of the company. You sold us on your product which we’ve been extremely happy. Zach gave us his number for any follow-up questions or issues and he does not disappoint. He has responded to each of our questions. As a benefit to our HVAC system purchase, we had our air ducts cleaned at no extra charge. Seth Thompson came on a Saturday and the entire experience was a pleasure. Seth educated us on so many things we weren’t aware of and talked to us where we could understand. Our air ducts had never been cleaned and he walked us through what he was seeing. He didn’t pressure us on purchasing anything extra and only made recommendations. Seth was thorough and respectful of our home. He covered our furniture, moved furniture if needed and put it back, and cleaned up if anything wasn’t captured by the plastic covering. He was in our home for several hours and was a pleasure knowing him. Seth Thompson is a keeper. Air Masters, we commend you on your business, employees, and quality product. 5 Stars all around.

He was very professional and nice. He went through everything that was done or needed to be done. The only hiccup was when he put the air sanitizer or whatever it was in the vents. He asked that I put fan on on unit and it did not work. He said he was able to do it from the system, but not from my thermostat. So fan doesn’t work. So that was an issue that was not addressed. He ended up using the AC in instead of fan. He thought it was odd, but that’s it. Anyway, again he was very good. I just had that one concern at the end of it all that I think could’ve been addressed more. Again five star excellent guy, please I would absolutely use him again. Just next time I would like everything addressed when doing maintenance or preventative

I had a fantastic experience with Air Masters of Tampa Bay, especially with Chad, the AC technician who came out to service my system. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was talking about. He took the time to explain what was going on with my unit in a way that was easy to understand and made sure I felt comfortable with the work being done. Chad was thorough, honest, and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary — just focused on fixing the issue the right way. It’s hard to find technicians who combine skill, integrity, and great customer service, but Chad absolutely delivered. I highly recommend Air Masters of Tampa Bay, and if you can request Chad, do it!
