I would highly recommend using Alps. Here’s my experience. My heater died during our cold spell last week. Alps squeezed me in to the repair schedule that day. Tech was most helpful. Gave me an estimate to fix. No pressure. I decided I’d like to look at a new HVAC system and he set me up for an estimate later the same day. He even went all the way to main office and back (15-20 miles each way) to bring me a space heater. Said, “Keep it until you decide what you want to do.” Alps estimator came out at the end of his work day. Gave me estimate for new Lennox HVAC system. Again, no pressure. I decided to put in new HVAC system and with Costco membership I saved 10% in form of Costco gift card. System installed 2 days later in 6 hours. Crew was neat, clean and efficient. I highly recommend using Alps. Great work, great people and they go the extra mile.

I think her name is Bernice toThe technician Alanso They came out on time and took care of my concerns and I’m so happy I now have a working new thermostat as I’m a senior and I haven’t had any heat since Friday. This is a family owned business and they really take pride in their employees and their workmanship I highly recommend them. They installed my entire havoc unit and air-conditioning unit back in 2017 and they’ve been perfect ever since wonderful company to do business with.
