Our furnace stopped working after 8pm last evening. We’re new to the Lincoln area and were not sure who to contact that late in the day. After doing a Google search, Black Tie Home Services were the only ones that I saw that did after hours work. When I called, Josh said they would send someone out to check the furnace right away. The technician that arrived, Wade, was there within an hour of my call, completely inspected the unit and determined that we needed a new gas valve. He came back this morning, replaced the valve, checked over the entire unit, and inspected for any gas leaks. Wade was very friendly, and knowledgeable and satisfied any concerns that we had. Josh and Wade were very friendly, understanding and helpful in our time of need. We were so impressed that we decided Black Tie Home Services will be our go to in the future for any heating, cooling, and plumbing needs. We highly recommend Black Tie Home Services to anyone for your heating, cooling and plumbing needs!

As first time home-owners, it’s scary when something goes wrong and we don’t have the experience to fix it. The heat went out in our condo, and after trying the DIY solutions on Google with no luck, we were unsure who to call. Of course this issue had to happen when the low is predicted to be 6° tonight! We checked the top results online for HVAC services, and none of them were able to help tonight. Then we found Black Tie Home Services. They had all 5 star reviews, and were listed as a small business that accepts urgent calls. Unlike the other places we tried, a real person answered my call right away. I believe his name was John. He was friendly, professional, and completely understanding of our situation. He promptly connected us with his service tech, Rob. Although HVAC issues are never something you look forward to, Rob earned forever customers from us! From the first call to the time I’m writing this was a grand total of 2 hours, which is phenomenally speedy (especially on a Sunday evening in January). He was extremely quick, very professional, and even patient and kind with our cats who were very excited to meet him 😅 He gave us an instant solution at a more than reasonable price, and saved the day. No busted pipes here tonight! Thank you to this wonderful company. We know who to call with any future trouble, and we can’t recommend enough that you do too!!

Josh and Zach are awesome! I called late on a Friday night for help with a heater . Josh answered the phone fast and was able to get someone to my house in less than 20 mins. Josh was very polite! Zach came quick and found the issue and Immediately got to work . The heater was fixed. He even found another issue with the heater and actually improved the air flow. Zach was polite and very knowledgeable. They were reasonably priced. Will be using them for any future issues.
