Had my annual maintenance on my Generac Home Generator. Joe was the technician. Very professional and courteous. Performed a power fail test prior to maintenance to ensure the power transfer worked. Then the normal annual maintenance (changed oil, oil filter, air filter, spark plugs, tested battery, etc.). Very thorough. Bob Heinmiller installed my Generac home generator and I’m very pleased with their continuing service! Would recommend them!
