California Indoor Comfort, Inc.

I have been using California Indoor Comfort, Inc for three years, not just for annual preventive maintenance on my two units of HVAC, but also for couple of repairs. The owner Keith always provides fast services when repairs our needed. Technician Daniel is very skillful and great to work with. I go with this company because they are knowledgeable with my TRANS HVAC systems. Price wise I think this company is fair though I don't know the real market pricings. I just renewed my 4th year (2026) preventive maintenance contract with the company.

Thank you CIC, I took you up on your offer of a free second opinion on our HVAC units per your website. Turns out we did not need 2 new units costing approx $30K, only a new fan and motor in the attic for $1K, a savings of $29K. Do yourself a favor, call CIC for an honest second opinion, service or maintenance, Daniel is very thorough, honest and a wealth of information. Thank you CIC, see you in May for our AC maintenance. All smoke detector batteries were changed and the one in living room must be up 20 feet. Daniel was technician that came out and was so polite and nice and handled it quickly and efficiently. He even changed out a few light bulbs that were burnt out for me as being a senior I can't go up a ladder. I recommend them highly and will inform all family, friends and clients. Thank you so much Daniel.
