I have previously replaced two heating and air-conditioning systems through other companies before my recent installation with Clarke & Rush. I intentionally waited nearly a month after the installation to ensure everything performed as expected before sharing my experience. I can confidently say that Clarke & Rush exceeded my expectations in every way, and I felt compelled to share my appreciation for their outstanding workmanship, professionalism, and ethical standards. From the very beginning, the sales representative, Mark Thyne, stood out for his honesty and integrity. He did not exaggerate or misrepresent the product, pricing, or quality; something that is unfortunately rare in sales today. Mark took the time to provide valuable information and educate me so I could make a well-informed decision, which I greatly appreciated. The installation crew arrived promptly and demonstrated exceptional professionalism throughout the process. All technicians wore disposable shoe covers (ShuBee) to protect my home and carefully covered the work areas with floor protection. At the end of each day, they thoroughly cleaned any areas that may have been missed. Every member of the team was courteous, respectful, and kind to one another and to me. Once the job was complete, they said their goodbyes and left my home exactly as they found it. The entire team worked together seamlessly, and it truly felt like they were a family; one that I felt a part of during the project. We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Clarke & Rush, thanks to the amazing team of Billy, Jesus, Ryan, and Rusty. From the very beginning, they showed exceptional professionalism, responsibility, and teamwork. They arrived early—around 7 a.m.—and worked nonstop until 2:30 p.m. Their coordination and clear division of tasks made the entire installation process smooth and efficient. Even more impressive, they came back the next day not only to finish the remaining work but also to thoroughly clean up the area.
