What can I say about this company? It’s truly one of the best companies I’ve ever worked with. They are honest, reliable, clean, and their technicians are extremely professional and knowledgeable. They have installed AC systems for my parents’ home, my brother’s home, and now my own home and every experience has been outstanding. Five stars all around. Their service technicians are friendly, skilled, and even have a great sense of humor. They made the entire process smooth and completely stress-free for both me and my wife. They handled everything from start to finish with professionalism and care. I will highly recommend this company and their service technicians to all of my friends and customers. After experiencing problems with our air conditioner not functioning properly, we called Climate Air Masters and talked to Jennifer, who efficiently and promptly set up an appointment for us with Sal. Sal arrived on schedule and went to work to diagnose and efficiently resolve our problem. He was professional, knowledgeable, and went "above and beyond" to make sure that, before he left, everything was in perfect working order. We appreciated Sal's expertise, and his excellent tips on how to properly maintain our cooling system. We have used Climate Air Masters for years and have always received excellent service.
