I choice DG after contacting 5-6 installers and obtained 3 quotes to install a heatpump. I was not shopping for price, more concern with their installation procedure and quality of work since the line-set will be hidden and inaccessible. DG did a great job and manage to thread the line-set inside walls. My install is a 2-zone setup and non-trivial because the 2 zones are far apart. Others propose to go with foundation install or outside conduit. I overheard one sentence when the planner talked to his partner 'it has to look good'. I know I have the right group. Their price was competitive but not the lowest.
