Outstanding Customer Service! The woman that I spoke with in the office (I’m sorry, I didn’t catch your name) was very helpful, friendly, and efficient. Geno Luna (the technician) was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, and extremely professional. Thank you so much for all of your help Geno! Prompt, polite, professional, overall great experience. Jeremy showed up on time to assess what was going on with our HVAC system and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. He took photos in our attic so we could see exactly what the issue was... turns out our 40 year system was disintegrating and blowing bits of fiberglass throughout our home, so THAT wasn't great. Repair and replacement was scheduled promptly and Jeremy along with Van, Geno and Arie came the following week. Super nice guys, very professional, the job was an all day event, but in the end we are breathing healthy air. Highly recommend the company, we'd use them again.
