My experience with Mr. Jessie at Donald P Dick was very professional, courteous and great service. He came out and diagnosed my heating issues and had it fixed quick. On 11/24 we scheduled our annual winter service with Donald P Dick. The service was fantastic! They called just prior to arriving to make sure we were ready. Jess was our technician and he was great! He came in with shoe covers already on and then did a great job servicing the unit, very thorough. He was even curtious enough to ask bfore he vacuumed as not to startle our granddaughter (who was in awe watching him). Thanks again for great service. Lex Henderson
