I had another air conditioning company come out and tell me I needed to replace my entire system, air handler, condenser and thermostat and I just knew that couldn't be right. So when EC Waters came out, their technician showed me the build up inside my condensate pump that was causing the system not to run and I ended up just needing a cleaning. They definitely went above and beyond. I was so grateful and they saved me a lot of money. I even signed up for their maintenance plan.

Failed to provide acceptable level of maintenance and service, resulting in leaks that damaged our ceiling in multiple places. They claimed to have blown out lines several times, when in fact a technician has assessed the work was not correctly completed. While a technician states poor quality work the office blames home owner for using the system. The office does not any accept responsibility. Disappointing. The response is a little jaded, not shocking. When their own technicians state previous work was not done properly it is concerning. Since we pre-paid for a maintenance check we were going to allow for that, but the owner refuses to provide service and is going to refund part of what was paid.
