Extremely knowledgeable and professional. I chose East Coast after. I interviewed 4 other a/c companies. East Coast stood out with their superior experience and willingness to "do right" by the customer. East Coast was the only company that researched my equipment and found it was still under warranty. All other companies want to to pay an extra $600 to purchase a new part. East Coast clearly stood out from the others and were also very prompt , completing the repair the same day. Aaa++++

I recently purchased a brand new air conditioner, and overall I’m very happy with the outcome. Vanessa was amazing—super helpful, professional, and made the buying process easy. The initial installation team wasn’t the best, and I was a bit disappointed at first. However, Armando came out afterward, fixed all the issues, and made everything look perfect. I initially called for a service of my air-conditioning however when the technician arrived, my unit was too old and it was a highly recommendation that I obtain a ac new unit they sent me quotes for different types of units and recommended one for my townhouse. The technician was very patient with me with all my many questions and asked them to the best of his ability. I was given an opportunity to use their hundred percent financing. which help with my decision to continue with their services even the day of installation there was a technical problem not a fault of theirs, but they stayed on site until it resolved until 9:00 pm The technician had to call his superior to come out to assist him.
