But in case you're wondering... I can't say enough good things about this company! I originally thought I had a ceiling leak, but it turned out the leak was definitely coming from my air conditioning. Oscar came out right away and got to the bottom of the issue. He gave me clear options to either patch things together or invest in one new unit (the problem unit) and he explained everything so well that it was truly a no-brainer to replace. There was no pressure...just options laid out and if I was going to do one, it made more sense to do both! They were 22 years old with lots of previous "band-aids", so I was anticipating this time would come. They literally took photos and videos of everything going on up in my attic...from the original problem to the end result, and I really appreciated that. As a girl with no clue what's happening up there, it was so reassuring to have visual proof supporting what they were telling me needed to be fixed. There was no wasting time putting me on the schedule...even with the high demand in this Summer Heat. From start to finish, the process was seamless. The technicians (Francisco and Jimmy) who installed my new system were incredibly professional, respectful, and detail-oriented. When they were done, everything was spotless, neat, and perfectly set up. It honestly looks better than I imagined. Both units were installed in only TWO days! Oscar has built a five-star company that truly deserves every single five-star review. The service, the honesty, the workmanship...it's all TOP NOTCH. I could not be happier with the results, and I would recommend this company to anyone without hesitation.

Great customer service and I’m not one to just give 5 stars. The owner himself was the one who stopped by and gave me an estimate. He surprised me with a slim High Efficiency system and Alan, Francisco, Jimmy and Luis did an amazing job on the install. In two days, they completed the job with little inconvenience for my tenants who were living in the house. Thanks guys!

I was recently in the market to replace the HVAC system at my home. I got several estimates & chose to use Eco Air for the replacement of HVAC system along with new ducting in the attic. The house is almost 40 yrs old & this was the original system so it was time. Ivan provided me with a fair estimate & never did I feel pressured, talked down to or dismissed as I did with other companies who provided quotes. He answered all my questions & I decided to upgrade to a heat pump system. On the day of install, the owner of the company, Oscar, stopped by to introduce himself & check in with the install crew. He was very kind & also answered any questions I had. Francisco, Jimmy, Juan, & Luis did a fantastic job of pulling out the old equipment/ducting & getting the new system w/ducting installed in one day. They were professional, efficient & did a great job. They explained everything they were doing so that I felt comfortable. I am very happy with the experience I had dealing with everyone at EcoAir. They are very professional & everyone is so kind. I prefer to give my business to a family business that cares about their customers & goes out of their way to make sure you're satisfied.
