What really stood out is that they went above and beyond to fix serious errors left behind by a previous installer, which had absolutely nothing to do with Fairway, simply because it was the right thing to do. That level of integrity and respect meant more to me than I can put into words. Because of their care and honesty, I was able to get a brand-new unit installed at a very fair and reasonable price. Jonny, the installation tech, was just as impressive. He came out the very next day fully prepared, completed the install quickly and efficiently, and answered my questions with patience and professionalism. From the admin team in the office, to Angel and Bryan for their consistently outstanding service, and Jonny on the install -- every single person at Fairway goes the extra mile.
