Tyler was a great guy up until my system failed Which was pretty much immediately He didn’t install it he blamed his guys The new system clearly states 30 amp fuse. My old system had 50 amp fuse plus a burnt wire. Nobody bothered looking at my 30 year-old fuse box. The first time he came out, the connection was frozen. He said not enough Freon then too much Freon finally, he said I needed new venting which if was the case should’ve been addressed at the initial estimate. He gave me an estimate for new venting. They never bother getting back to me. Tried contacting him numerous times never responded Had to have another air conditioning company come out to check my system out Extremely disappointed

I started looking into getting a mini split installed for my business over two years ago, but due to some unforeseen delays, the project got put on hold.
