They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient throughout the entire installation process. Rey took the time to explain every step of what they were doing and answered every single question I had without hesitation. It was clear Rey truly cared about making sure I understood the system and felt comfortable with everything before they left. Once the job was complete, Rey walked me through the unit thoroughly and made sure everything was working perfectly. I hired Hawkins to install electric for our screened lanai. They also installed 2 ceiling fans and mounted a 65" tv to the wall. Jack did an excellent job. He was up front about price, the options we had, and the communication was great. We are very satisfied with the job he did. I highly recommend this company!
