Kenneth installed 2 mini-split AC/heater combos in our guesthouse a couple years ago. When we went to turn the heat on recently, neither unit would blow any hot air. He came out quickly to assess the situation and returned the next day to solve the problem. Heating Alternatives LLC did an above and beyond job for us. Kenneth picked up the phone right away, squeezed me in the next day, and fixed my heater. He was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. These kinds of repairs are not always simple or straightforward and our setup has a lot of problems, but Kenneth was not daunted. Kenneth did an amazing job. He set up our AC units in our living room and bedroom. Worked really hard all day to get it done. My husband and I have a newborn baby and I appreciated him doing it so quickly. It works really great!! My family is nice and cool and will be ready for the winter to stay nice and warm.
