2021 Review: I just moved into a 100+ year old home with a boiler and radiators. JT did an excellent job explaining the heating system to me and making sure everything was running properly. He also installed a new Nest thermostat. We're pleased with the service and will definitely use Henson Robinson again! Update 2 Years Later: Unfortunately, my old system eventually was unable to be repaired and we needed to replace the boiler. It was expensive (about 9K), but the work is beautiful, and I know that it's a high quality RELIABLE system. Very pleased with the speed and professionalism of the install, and I'm grateful for the communication along the way.

Awesome people to work with from start to finish. The entire process was smooth and professional, from scheduling the appointment to the service technician showing up on time and handling everything efficiently. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Highly recommend this team for any HVAC needs!

Please be careful. In 2018 my hot water heater was not working and since I had used them for years, I called for a service call. They came out and told me it had to be replaced and would cost 1400. They also told me they would not charge for the call. When they left, I called my grandson, as he works in Chicago, for a heating and plumbing company. I told him what was going on, and his boss, sent him down to check on me. He fixed it for a $20 dollar part which is still working. Now he won't allow anyone but him to work on my heat and air. They also charged me for the service call. DON'T TRUST THEM.
