We were very satisfied with Hussey Bros.’ installation work of HVAC heat pumps, which explains their high ratings. But a major reason we signed the contract was their commitment to manage and return the rebates — essential to how we funded this project. Their handling of those rebates has been ineffective and unprofessional, and follow-ups (including a BBB complaint) have gone unanswered. If the owner resolves this promptly, I’d be glad to update this to the 5-star review their workmanship deserves.

The estimate process was smooth and professional sorting out design issues to ensure the installation would go smoothly and the mini split I wanted worked as expected. On the day of the installation, The techs were professional, skilled, and responsive to my requests. The completed the work in just a day, ensured it worked and cleaned up afterwards. They removed the old gas wall heater and capped it off, completed the installation and then added drywall to cover the hole left by the heater. Nicely done, all around. 10/10 would hire again.
