Improved Comfort Rockford HVAC

Just wanted to say thank you to AL from improved comfort hvac we experienced no heat in the middle of the night and AL came and fixed our problem. I highly recommend improved comfort for their professionalism and knowledge Definitely 10/10

I wish we had the same experience as others. This is by far the most unprofessional way to communicate. Al required me to text several days in a row just to get a response from him. This all started Sept 9th and the job has YET to be completed. He scheduled us for today 10/12 (two weeks ago) and I have not received a response to my text asking if we are all set and if there was a window we could expect them, nothing. This whom my home warranty called for a plumbing issue; there is no way I would call this business. Ever. Terrible experience.

Work not completed and this contractor is not refunding money that I paid for a down payment. Just empty promises and a lack of follow through. I had a bad experience using with this company. My company paid Improved Comfort just under $25,000.00 and no work has been completed for 2 customers. One Air conditioner was paid for in full and the work was never completed while the contactor had several months to complete the work. I hired this contactor for large project and he asked for more money up front and took several months to again not complete the project. A demand for payment was issued to this contactor and the contractor just gave empty promises would not even answer my call regarding repayment for work that they did not complete.
