It is extremely refreshing to work with Magnolia HVAC! Every single person that dealt with me on this large project was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring. The product they provided is exceptional, and the after install service needs completely fulfilled. The world would be a much better place if every company was like this one. They completely replaced my HVAC system and converted it to a heat pump system. They explained the process ahead of time, showed up with enough people to get the job done in two days, cleaned up after themselves and answered a bunch of questions for me. Often after you’ve paid for something, the provider blows you off if you need something. Not Magnolia Heating and Cooling!! They promptly took my calls and provided resolution. It’s not easy having a huge unexpected expense like this, but let me tell you they made it the easiest possible transition So in the end, you’re so glad you ended up doing it. I can name seven employees that I’ve had interactions with and they were all wonderful thank you so much. Even my noisy, nippy dogs came to love everyone! 😄

I'm very happy with the service provided by Magnolia Heating and Cooling. Their tech, Drew, was very helpful, patient, and honest about what my system needed and provided quotes for me. I decided to get a full system cleaning and service. Luckily Drew came to do the job a few days later. He worked non-stop all morning and afternoon. Now my system is running much better and we can feel the difference within our rooms.Job well done. Thanks

Update 2/7/2026 We had our new HVAC system inspected by 2 different inspectors. One was from Air Plus Inspection Company and the other was inspected by the City of Cerritos. The feedback we received about our Magnolia HVAC installation was outstanding. Air Plus specifically said it is always a pleasure to inspect any work done by Magnolia HVAC, which really was so affirming!!! During the City of Cerritos inspection, the inspector even asked how we found the Magnolia HVAC Company explaining that they went above and beyond in every aspect of their work. He highlighted the quality of the fuse box work, the sheet metal craftsmanship, and the thorough rodent proofing. It’s reassuring to work with a company whose attention to detail is recognized not just by homeowners, but by other professionals and city inspectors as well. We’re extremely happy with the work Magnolia HVAC did and would highly recommend them. Original: We were stunned when our 27 year old HVAC system broke a week or so before Christmas, but the Magnolia Heating And Cooling company came without hesitation. Not only did they come within a day or so… they came a good distance away to take care of us… Three of the most hard-working guys, Miguel, Hugo, And Cole, worked in our very, VERY cold house nonstop till they finished installing our new HVAC System, making sure it was running perfectly ! They paid attention to every single detail! They were so pleasant, so kind, so polite, and so informative every step of the way! It really was a very fun time for us having them here!!! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed those days while they took out the old system of 27 years and put in the new system, complete with brand new ducting!!! With our ages in the early 90s and mid 70s, they were endlessly patient with us as they explained how to use the new Thermostat, coupled with the app on our phones! It did not take long to notice how important the work was to Miguel, Hugo, and Cole! Not only were they incredibly hard-working, but their devotion to their work and their pride in what they do, stood out above all!!!! The payment plan set up for the cost of the system was incredibly manageable and greatly appreciated!!!! What a wonderful decision we made to go with the Magnolia Heating And Cooling company in Riverside!!
