I had called on Saturday morning realizing that it was weekend and assuming I would have to wait until Monday when McLaughlin would be open. My basement heater had quit working and we are having very cold weather. Ray came at 6:00 on Saturday night to correct the problem. He was here over an hour working in the basement and outdoors. He analyzed the problem and completely fixed the problem that was causing the heater to quit working properly. He had been here during the week to correct a problem vent that had been installed by a different company many years ago. The new vent apparently contributed to the new problem but Ray quickly analyzed the problem and corrected it. I want to thank Ray for his help especially at night on a weekend. He is a true gentleman and an asset to McLaughlin!

Rob and Erick were out at our house and did the $79.95 tune up. Were on time, called with ETA and were in and out. Thanks guys for making sure we were ready for the Fall and Winter.

Had them install a Mitsubishi mini-split high efficient system. They didn't install it correctly and the system has leaked refrigerant from day one. They were out 4 times in 18 months to recharge the system. Even sent out their leak specialist. He cracked one of the condensation pans, causing one of the units to leak water all over the place. Send out a tech again, instead of replacing the pan that they broke, he glued it back together, Tech said they would 'order a replacement, and they would follow up' never heard from them again. During the installation, they pulled permits from the city of Manteca, but never closed them out (final inspection). The permits have since expired. AND today, during a new heat wave, once again the system has leaked out enough of the refrigerant, so I can barely cool one zone. The has been a huge fail. I cannot recommend them.
