I wanted to post this review because we received HVAC service today. This was our first time meeting Mario Rodriguez, and he was very friendly and kind. He heard our HVAC issue and quickly went to work. He explained to us in detail what was going on and what he did to fix it. We are very happy with today’s service and highly recommend Mario and the team out at Mechanical Air. I would also like to share what a pleasure it was in speaking with Amy who booked this appointment for us. She was patient with me and even saved a particular time segment for Mario to service us. I am very impressed with the professionalism and quality of service provided by Mechanical Air. From start to finish, my experience with their team has been nothing short of excellent. One of the things that stood out the most was their responsiveness. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ᔕTᗩᖇᔕ ᖴOᖇ TᕼOᗰᗩᔕ @ 𝕄𝕖𝕔𝕙𝕒𝕟𝕚𝕔𝕒𝕝 𝔸𝕚𝕣. ◦°˚(*❛ ‿ ❛)/˚°◦ ✧٩(•́⌄•́๑)و ✧ (•̀ᴗ•́)و ̑̑ As a new homeowner who has never lived in a house with central air conditioning before, I had absolutely no idea what I was doing or even what I should be doing to maintain the system properly. My only experience with cooling systems had been with swamp coolers, so this was all new territory for me. When Thomas from Mechanical Air came out, I was honestly expecting to be treated like I was dumb, slow or just made to feel embarrassed for not even knowing the basics like what brand my system was or how old it might be. But Thomas showed up and was the complete opposite of that. He was extremely patient with me, answered every single one of my questions (and there were a lot), and did so without being overly technical or confusing. He explained things in a way that made sense and helped me feel confident in understanding how my system works. Most importantly, he never not once made me feel dumb for not knowing anything about something I truly appreciated that more than I can say. Thomas showed up exactly on time both times he came out and was professional, polite, respectful, and very knowledgeable. After rinsing off all the dust and dirt that had accumulated for honestly who knows how long he preformed a full diagnostic on the electrical components of the unit and had determined that the fan motor was on its way out then explained that this issue could cause serious damage if left unaddressed especially with Fresno’s summer heatwaves right around the corner. What really stood out to me was that he never pressured me to make a decision on the spot. Instead, he clearly laid out all the facts, explained the risks, gave me the pricing I could expect to pay then told me about the membership program that would help save money long-term by including two seasonal tune-ups per year as well as the discount on the part I needed so I decided to sign up for the membership that same day and told him I would need to save up for the motor replacement. Well, today was the day! I called yesterday to schedule the repair, and this morning Thomas arrived right on time, called when he was outside then got right to work. Within minutes, the new part was installed, the system was up and running, and the difference was immediately felt In fact, my mom texted me and asked if we could turn it off now because she was freezing! 🥶that’s how much better it was working! Thanks to Thomas and Mechanical Air, we feel confident, informed, and fully prepared to survive the summer. We couldn’t be happier with the level of service we received. I highly recommend signing up for the yearly membership with this company and if you get Thomas, consider yourself lucky! Because you’re in good hands Thanx again and see you next time 👍🏼🥶🥶
