Jennifer was courteous, understood importance of what needed to be addressed, and scheduled Ruben to come the very same day! We were kept updated via texts regarding his arrival time. Everything was done in a timely manner. He also went above and beyond what was expected. Ruben had to crawl in attic and he left no debris when he was finished. Our faithful Carrier HVAC system died shortly after Thanksgiving. We called NALK and they came out and confirmed our suspicions that the 40 year old unit had gone to HVAC heaven. They were very quick in putting together a proposal for us and prepared an additional one when we scoped out another brand. The bids were detailed and were very competitive.
