My first meeting was a consultation with Joshua B. He came our home to do an attic inspection , he was thorough in the process & inspection of the attic. He was professional, friendly, well versed in the business of air conditioning, insulation, methodology, friendly & ensured I understood & asked if I had any questions. Definitely detail oriented & organized, a must for sales!!! Today Jonathan & Nas came to do the install of the insulation. They were also friendly, attentive, knowledgeable in the products of insulation & air conditioning, professional & just like Joshua B asked if we had any questions. All three gentlemen were exemplary in all aspects of their job, would have them all come back anytime for another job that is needed!!! We're thankful for their service!!! The pricing is also competitive & highly reasonable!!!! Thank you so much Joshua B, Jonathan & Nas!!!

I'm very impressed with my appointment with Anthony M yesterday. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and he sat down with me to explain the options and cost. I was very thankful for him and his demeanor. As a young woman doing this on her own, it's hard to find people to trust, much less someone to sit down with you on your couch and explain everything in detail, down to the verbiage (I know what pitting means now!). I got a little overwhelmed by the cost and amount of work that needed repair, and he comforted me like a friend while remaining very professional (I do have fairly bad anxiety). Anthony also mentioned multiple times throughout his time here that he loves his job and he loves his boss, which made me comfortable working with them ethically. I am a local, I enjoy working with locals and Mom & Pop's vs large, franchised corps & hearing how happy he is there as an employee, made me more comfortable moving forward with them. He also called his boss Kyle in front of me, and they spoke like best friends. I can imagine this line of work is hard. Not just labor but explaining to people the costs/impact this will have, yet you have to do it (FL!). They seem to really 'get' how this impacts people and have ways to help. They offer payment plans, and a subscription option that I decided to move forward with - because I hadn't serviced my AC since I purchased and that likely caused this. Overall, I am very happy so far. Thank you, Our Place Air, for helping me, comforting me, and making my house livable again! I can't wait to y'all to arrive this morning to get me up & running again!
