Perfect Temp Heating & Cooling

Last week, during the brutal cold, our furnace went out and Perfect Time Heating & Cooling truly came through for us. Jay was the first technician to arrive, and he was fantastic — super friendly, very informative, and completely honest about what we were dealing with. Our unit was very old, and he clearly explained our options, including the reality of putting money into long-term repairs versus replacement, without any pressure. Even showed us pictures of the dirty old coils in our unit that we couldn’t see without their technology. Most importantly, he got us up and running in the meantime so we could stay warm, which was a huge relief. Later that same day, Chris came out and did a full Lidar scan of our entire home to get precise measurements and determine exactly what kind of unit we needed. He gave us four different options and walked us through all the pros and cons of each one in a way that was easy to understand. We decided to move forward, and Chris had all of our parts delivered to their warehouse the very next day, kept us updated throughout the process, and in less than a week — actually just a few days — we had our new unit installed. The installation team, Guillermo, Brandon, and Jorge, were absolutely fantastic. They were extremely friendly, incredibly thorough, and you could tell they truly knew what they were doing and took pride in their work. Everything was done professionally and carefully. We’re really excited to continue working with Perfect Temp Heating & Cooling to maintain our brand-new units for years to come. I really don't think I can express how great this experience was. We originally needed our furnace to be fixed -- Braden and Jorge were great. So friendly and professional. They really tried everything to get this very, very old furnace to work. It was just going to cost us too much for such an old unit. We decided to get a new furnace instead. Chris was out here same night (even though it was late) to measure and get us fit for a new unit. And then was able to get it next day! In these very cold temperatures, that was so incredible. Guillermo, Brandon, and Jorge were there to install it same day Chris was able to get it. Again, they were all so friendly and made me feel comfortable with them working in my home. The install is beautiful -- so clean and Guillermo went above and beyond to make sure it was all patched up and ready for the weather. (I'm so glad you didn't have to crawl under the house, but he was ready, which I think is pretty crazy because oh man, that crawlspace is scary lol) I'm super grateful for the very fast and efficient delivery and install. Thank you guys so, so much. Hopefully won't need any service anytime soon, but if we do, I know who to call!

Great service! Braden is a good guy. He provided quick service and professional advice. He’s also a cut up and definitely a keeper! Seriously, we appreciate how friendly everyone is and the affordability of the work. We had our furnace serviced for the season and had a lot of related questions which Braden patiently and expertly addressed. We are glad we found Perfect Temp. We will use them in the future and recommend them for HVAC work in the Candlewick area.
