Reliable Standard Heating & Air

Have not used their services before but when I just called in the tech gave me genuine honest feedback that did not try to take money from me. Asked me a few questions about my unit and then recommended that since its pretty new that I reach out to a authorized dealer because likely i have a 10 year warranty and would keep my costs as low as possible. Seems like a honest and upstanding team who just tries to do right by the client.

Chris is the greatest. I came back from a vacation to hot weather and I decided to check the condition of the filter in my HVAC unit. After removing the doors, they would not refit correctly and my unit would not work. Called Reliable Standard who were recommended to me by a neighbor who is a retired contractor here in Rancho Bernardo. On a Saturday morning, Chris answered the phone, which in itself is special. Chris patiently listened to my dilemma, calmly suggested something to try, stressing it might or might not work, and overall told me what issues I might face with an 'older' unit if I needed replacement parts. His suggestion worked temporarily, so Monday I was back reaching out via text and then another call. Again, Chris was professional and patient and asked for some pictures. I was finally able to have the panels put back into place correctly . All Chris asked for was a good review...and that was easy to do as he is the best.
