Rockford Heating & Air Conditioning

This company installed a high efficiency gas furnace in my home plus I needed some heat ducks in the basement. Called them and Mike Buckner came out and gave me a quote for the ducks in the basement. My furnace was 31 years old and was going to replace it next year. Mike told me if I did it now I would get 600$ rebates from the gas company and the state, money I could lower the price of the furnace. Mike gave me a big discount on all the ducks work in the basement, I said that be great. Then when the t was time came to install, I had Hawkins, Shawn and Seth there to do all that work. Let me tell you it was A lot of work! It only took them 9 hours to finish. Told me all about what they did and answered all my questions about the furnace and heat ducks in the basement. The three men did an OUTSTANDING job at all the work that was involved. Their clean up was extensive and excellent. I highly recommend Rockford Heating and Cooling to do an excellent service no mater what job they do. Everyone was friendly. They were all very knowledgeable about their job. When I need a new air conditioner I will call this great company again and for all other needs. The price for everything was very competitive. Absolutely fantastic service!! I woke up to my furnace blowing cold air on a chilly winter morning. The person I spoke to on the after hours line was so friendly and reassuring that someone would call me as soon as the office opened. I received the call as expected and they arranged service in the afternoon. When I expressed my concerns about being very sensitive to the cold and having to work from home, she went above and beyond to get a tech out earlier. He arrived right on time and knew exactly what the issue was. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He advised me on a maintenance plan to prevent future issues. Our blower unit failed this evening the night before 4th of July. Faced with 4 days of 90 degree temps we called the 24 line and within 15 minutes we had a tech at the house. The 24 hour line operator was easy to talk to and quick to get all the necessary information. The tech was professional, intelligent, and friendly and installed a new motor very quickly. My family will now be comfortable and be able to enjoy the holiday.
