Hey, so I've had really good experiences with Schmitt. They installed my HVAC 15 years ago (Carrier Infinity 3-zone system), and when issues came up recently they sent Bryant out and he set things right. And, when an issue reoccurred, he came out again, determined that it was an issue with a thermostat that he had just replaced, and re-replaced the dud thermostat for free. That's great service!
