Our AC unit had been having issues for a while, and we got the MVP plan because we knew we'd need multiple services, and the membership paid for itself almost immediately. We had some techs come out and fix our old AC a couple times, but it was nearing the end of its life. When it finally went, we were able to get someone to come out, give us a quote for a new unit, and have it installed in the middle of summer over two days. And that was all thanks to the MVP membership. Really appreciate the friendliness of all the staff, their professionalism, and the ability to finance since a new AC unit is pricey. Thank you Jason!

I contacted another HVAC company and they told me the earliest appointment was 12/22/25. I then contacted Service Champions. I was able to get an appointment on 12/12/25. They arrived on time and did a complete service on my heater with recommendations. Within an hour Chris, Comfort Advisor, came to my house. With the California restrictions went over my limited options. Set an appointment for the install of a new heater and duck work for 12/17/25. Great service.
