I recently had a heating system maintenance completed, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. The technician arrived right on time, which I really appreciated. He was clearly knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he was checking and why, without overwhelming me with jargon. He was easy to talk to and very personable, making the entire appointment comfortable and straightforward. Most importantly, he was fair and honest. He did not try to upsell me on unnecessary parts or repairs, which gave me a lot of confidence in his integrity. It’s refreshing to work with someone who values transparency and professionalism. I would absolutely recommend him and Valley Air Repair for HVAC service. As for the price, the Receptionist quoted me $89.00 for the heating maintenance service and she later told Mr. Zarate that it was $129.00. She also quote me $189.00 for the annual contract, which I plan to purchase in the fall. I am just worried she is going to come up with a different price when the Technician is in my house. The company is great, I would just encourage the office to ensure consistent and transparent pricing going forward.

Sometimes you just have to call out professionalism and excellence when you find it!!! Want to give a huge shoutout to the Biglione family’s HVAC business, Valley Air Conditioning & Repair, Inc.!! We needed to replace the split system in the guest room area of the house, and not only did VAR’s bid come in several thousand dollars less than the other two quotes we got, Conly also upgraded the unit from an 18 to a 21 seer unit (because the smaller one was not available) in order to make good on his bid and to insure the job was done on time. He charged us nothing for the upgrade. Moreover, he didn’t even mention the change until I saw him at an event this weekend, several weeks after the work had been completed. He just said he wanted to make good on the price he had quoted us… The two guys who installed it were respectful, professional, efficient, and kind with our ever-inquisitive kids. I would give 5+ stars if possible. I was approved for financing in less than 10 minutes. Everything was explained to me upfront and the price quoted never changed one penny. Gilbert and Caleb were on time an immediately started working. Kept me updated on their progress. Let me know when they left and when they returned. Very professional and friendly. Vacuumed and cleaned up after themselves and walked me through the operation of my new AC before they left. Extremely happy with every one from Conlie to installation technicians to their customer service. Valley Air Conditioning & Repair was highly recommended to me by a friend and neighbor where I live. So happy I went with them
